Measurment and Evaluation System Supporting Psychological Examinations Based on Synchronized Measurement of Bio-Physiological and Cognitive Indicators

The FIPOK system provides objective measurment data for forming psychological opinion during HR selection processes, vocatinal aptitude tests, and psychological condition assessment.

The importance of mental fitness and regular screening, including stressinduced performance impairment, is becoming increasingly important in aptitude tests of persons performing tasks with a high level of responsibility or a particularly demanding workload.

The FIPOK system measures performance in various cognitive areas while the subject performs exercises and simultaneously monitors bio-physiological indicators likes stress-level and cognitive fatigue allowing to assess the subject’s ability to cope in stressfull situations and the level of psychic recuperation potential

As a step in the protocol it is possible to add a self-reporting (subjective) psychological questionnaire and the system records the subject’s replies in parallel with objetive stress-level measurements.

FIPOK monitors head movement during the measurement using a camera image and machine learning (ML) algorithms to record concentration and uses a pose estimation algorithm for tasks that measure posture-holding ability.

Based on the measurements performed on a group using the same protocol allows for comparision of changes of stress-level of individual subjects, their ability to regenerate and their cognitive performance helping to select the most suitable candidate for the given task. By regularly measuring an individual a clear picture of the individual's current mental state can be formed and changes over time can be monitored. The system is also suitable for regular training of cognitive abilities and for the conscious reduction of negative effects of stress neuro- and bio-feedback.

Apart from aptitude tests we recommend the use of FIPOK in to objectively assess the effectiveness of therapies and to prepare for critical and / or competitive situations.
